NOTE TO CONTRIBUTORS

The Editorial Board of Okene Journal of Education (OJED), a multi-discilinary journal, hereby calls for research articles for publication in the Journal.
Guidelines for articles submission:
Contributors to the journal are to follow the guidelines below in submitting their articles:

1. The articles(s) should be on contemporary issues and could be empirical or theoretical in nature.
2. The articles should be computer-typed, double spaced, Times New Romans and on A4 paper.
3. The author’s or author’s names, designations and afilliations and the title of the paper should typed on separate sheet and attached to the article.
4. The abstract should be precise, and must not exceed 150 words.
5. The article should be original and must not have been submitted elsewhere for publication.
6. The articles should not be more than 15 pages in all, including title page, abstract page, charts/tables/diagrams, references and appendices.
7. The current American psychological Association (APA) referencing style should be used in the paper
8. Three copies of the articles should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief for assessment, along with a non-refundable assessment fee of N2500 and two stamped self address envelopes (10 x 8cm).
9. The assessment fee could be paid in cash to the Editor-in-Chief or through payment to OJED, FCE OKENE Account Number 101279191955, Zenith Bank Okene Branch. The Teller should however be sent along with the article. Alternatively, the article should be sent to the following e-mail: ojedokene@yahoo.com, including the bank teller number, date of payment and name of payer/contributor, and the scanned copy of the teller.
10. Articles must reach the Editor-in-Chief latest 30th May, each year.
